Nachos with Broiled Steak

Special Gear: 1 Large Weber Grill Metal Grill Basket

Fixings:

1 Bag of Tri-colored Tortilla Chips
1 Cup Shredded Marble Cheese (or any melting cheese)
8 oz Flank Steak Grilled and Thinly Sliced
2 Green Onions
4 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
8 Tbsp Salsa
4 Tablespoons Guacamole

Directions:

  1. Spread a layer of chips on the bottom of the grill basket to protect the bottom. Sprinkle half the cheese over-top the layer of nachos in the basket. Spread half of the cheese of the pieces of broiled flank steak on top. Spread 2 tablespoons of salsa on the nachos. Add another layer of chips. Spread steak and the remaining cheese within the second-layer of nachos. Add 2 tablespoons of salsa on top for the very best nachos.
  2. Lower the grill to medium/low heat when the nachos are ready to be placed on the grill and set the grill basket on the grill and close the top. Set for 10 minutes.
  3. If the cheese is not melted, turn the container and place the timer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Function this bit in the grill holder followed with the sour cream, guacamole and salsa that is remaining. ENJOY!
