Nachos with Broiled Steak

Special Gear: 1 Large Weber Grill Metal Grill Basket

Fixings:

1 sack of tri-colored tortilla chips
1 pot shredded marble cheese (or any burning cheese)
8oz flank steak grilled and thinly sliced
2 green onions
4 tablespoons bitter cream
8 tbs salsa
4 tablespoons guacamole

Directions:

1. Decrease the grill to medium/low after the nachos are ready to be placed on the grill and set the grill container to the grill and close the top. Set for 10 minutes.
2. Spread a layer of chips on the bottom of the grill basket to protect the bottom. Sprinkle half the cheese over-top the layer of nachos in the basket. Spread half of the cheese of the pieces of broiled flank steak on top. Spread 2 tablespoons of salsa on the nachos. Add another layer of nachos. Spread steak and the remaining cheese within the second-layer of nachos. Add 2 tablespoons of salsa around the very best of the nachos
3. If not, turn the container and place the timer for another 5 minutes.
